1st Feb 2015 – Grain Free Food Log

Still bad stormy weather here in Spain so it looks like I will be back on the Turbo Trainer today.

Breakfast

  • Flaxseed /  Chia Wrap with Tuna, Tomato,Lettuce and Philadelphia Light.
  • Tea with Almond Milk

Lunch

  • Tuna with a little Cheese and Hummus
  • Yogurt with a chopped Banana
  • Tea with Almond Milk

Dinner

  • Chicken Breast with Veg
  • Tea with Almond Milk

Other / Snacks & Drinks

  • 2 x Apples
  • Tuna Flaxseed Wrap

Exercise

45 Minutes Intervals
