Breakfast

  • Flaxseed /  Chia Wrap with Tuna, Tomato,Lettuce and Philadelphia Light.
  • Tea with Almond Milk

Lunch

  • Beetroot & Orange Juice
  • Tuna with Hummus & Cheese
  • Tea with Almond Milk

Dinner

  • Baked Salmon with Cauliflower, Broccoli, Spinach & Hummus.
  • Tea with Almond Milk

 

Other / Snacks & Drinks

  • 2 Small Apples
  • Yogurt & Banana
  • 1 Large Tomato Stuffed With Tuna, Cheese & Hummus

Exercise

  • 20k Indoor Intervals
